Set at the end of a generous garden, this project was driven by our client’s vision to create a versatile space combining a home gym, office, and entertainment area. The goal was to design a structure that felt comfortable, private, and functional — an all-season retreat just a few steps from the main house.

Following a detailed site survey and discussions about material preferences, layout, and planning requirements, Bright Architectural Solutions developed a bespoke design that made efficient use of the available space. Planning permission was secured for a 50sqm contemporary garden room, incorporating a fully equipped gym, office, shower room, and a spacious open-plan entertainment zone complete with a pool table and TV area. The layout was carefully considered to balance practicality with comfort — zoning each space for its intended use while maintaining an open, airy feel.
